Every speaker will step onto the stage and deliver their best 30 minute presentation to a live audience.
Throughout the event, attendees will experience every presentation. Then, at the conclusion of Day Two, the audience will vote to determine who delivered the strongest presentation.
The speaker with the most votes will be crowned the Best Speaker and take home the $10,000 First Place Award.
If the audience vote ends in a tie, the finalists will return to the stage for an exciting 2 minute Speaker Showdown, where one final audience vote will determine the champion.

This afternoon is designed to help you arrive confident, prepared, and ready to perform at your highest level.
No speaker presentations take place on Wednesday. This day is designed to help you arrive prepared, confident, and ready to deliver your very best presentation.
Here's what to expect:
🎤 Welcome from Jacob Salem
Kick off the Showcase with an overview of the event, competition rules, judging process, and everything you need to know before stepping onto the stage.
💰 Speaker Millionaire Secrets Training
Jacob Salem will teach the principles he used to generate more than $15 million through speaking, coaching, consulting, and online courses, along with practical strategies you can begin applying immediately.
🎙️ Stage & Technology Orientation
Become familiar with the stage you'll be speaking from the very next day.
If you plan to use PowerPoint slides or video during your presentation, this is the time to test everything with our production team. While slides are welcome, we encourage speakers to keep them to a minimum since your presentation is limited to 30 minutes.
All presentation files must be submitted in advance so our team can have everything ready before the competition begins.

Connect with fellow speakers, build relationships, exchange ideas, and get comfortable with the room before the competition officially begins. Take photos, ask questions, and visualize yourself on stage.

Event Registration & Event Policy
By registering for the Salem Speakers Showcase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms:
Limited Seating
This event has a limited number of speaker positions. Once your registration is complete, your space is reserved exclusively for you and cannot be resold.
No Refunds
All registrations are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to illness, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, family emergencies, weather, or failure to attend the event.
No Transfers or Credits
Speaker registrations may not be transferred to another individual, applied to a future event, exchanged for credit, or rescheduled under any circumstances.
Travel & Lodging
Attendees are solely responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation, lodging, meals (other than those specifically provided during the event), parking, and all other travel related expenses.
Salem Speakers is not responsible for any costs, losses, cancellations, delays, or expenses related to travel or accommodations.
Event Changes
Salem Speakers reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, agenda, location within the venue, production elements, or other event details if necessary. Any such changes do not entitle attendees to a refund, credit, or transfer.
Media Release
By attending this event, you grant Jacob Salem, Salem Speakers, EZMetrics, LLC. permission to photograph, film, and record your participation and to use your name, likeness, voice, and presentation in future marketing, promotional, educational, and commercial materials without additional compensation.
Assumption of Risk
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the event and agree that Salem Speakers, EZMetrics, LLC., Jacob Salem, event staff, volunteers, sponsors, and venue partners shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, theft, travel interruption, or other losses arising from your participation, except where liability cannot legally be waived.
